At Mangy's Textile Exports, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. However, it is important that you are aware of our policies to avoid any misunderstandings.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

Shipping Responsibility

Our responsibility is to dispatch your order to the shipping carrier on time and properly from our warehouse.

Once the package is handed over, Mangy’s has no control over delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping insurance: If insurance was purchased, compensation will depend on the carrier’s policies.

Without insurance: Resolution will be at the sole discretion of the carrier.

Customs Responsibility

Mangy’s assumes no responsibility for customs procedures, taxes, withholdings, or delays, as these depend on the regulations and authorities of each country.

We strongly recommend that our customers inform themselves in advance about the customs regulations in their country. If any issue arises, the customer must contact the shipping company directly to follow up.
