Outside the U.S. and want to import?
Do you ship outside the United States?+
Yes. We export across Latin America. Shipping is arranged by ocean freight.
How do I get a shipping quote to my country?+
Talk to an advisor and tell them your country and the load you're interested in. We'll put together a full quote —merchandise plus freight— at no commitment.
What's the minimum to import?+
Loads are sold in 20 ft and 40 ft container presentations. If you'd like to start smaller, we also have individual bales.
Do I pay taxes or customs in my country?+
Import taxes and customs procedures in your country are your responsibility and depend on your local laws.
How do I pay from abroad?+
We accept payment by international bank wire transfer.
Do you guide me through the import process?+
Yes. An advisor guides you step by step: choosing the load, payment, shipping and tracking until it arrives in your country.
