Cost and delivery time depend on the destination, weight and volume. We prepare your order in 2–3 business days and dispatch on Tuesdays and Fridays from Houston, TX.

Ground with UPS · live rate at checkout · with tracking · 1 bale minimum.

🇲🇽 Mexico

With tracking $95/bale · without tracking $90/bale (12+ bales: $75).

🕒 Delivery: 5–8 business days (tracked) · 2–3 weeks (untracked)

🇨🇴 Colombia

Sea $190/bale (12+ bales: $180) · air $280/bale. Special route to remote areas outside the city: +$10.

🕒 Delivery: 4–6 weeks (sea) · 10–12 business days (air)

🇻🇪 Venezuela

$205/bale.

🇩🇴 Dominican Republic

No direct shipping: a trusted forwarder receives the bales at the Colombia border zone and ships them within Ecuador.

Air shipments – general considerations

  • Faster delivery.
  • More exposed to inspection and adjustments.
  • Using two boxes per shipment helps prevent customs fines.
  • We recommend requesting mixed bales.

Insurance

All destinations include basic insurance. You can add optional full coverage (5% of the declared value).

General terms

  • With UPS, if the address was entered incorrectly, only one delivery attempt is made — contact UPS directly to resolve it.
  • Tracking your shipment is your responsibility; for shipments with tracking you must answer the phone.
  • No address changes are accepted after 24 business hours from order creation.
  • We're not responsible for customs, taxes or carrier delays.
  • In high-risk areas, delivery may be redirected to a secure pickup point.
