Do you ship outside the United States?+
Yes. We export across Latin America. Depending on your country, we arrange ground, ocean or air freight.
How do I get a shipping quote to my country?+
Talk to an advisor and tell them your country and the load you're interested in. We'll put together a full quote —merchandise plus freight— at no commitment.
What's the minimum to import?+
Loads are sold by full truck or container. If you'd like to start smaller, we also have individual bales and boxes — your advisor recommends the best option for your country.
Do I pay taxes or customs in my country?+
Import taxes and customs procedures in your country are your responsibility and depend on your local laws. We provide all the merchandise documentation to make the process easier.
How do I pay from abroad?+
We accept bank transfer and other methods depending on the country. Your advisor will tell you the options available to you.
Do you guide me through the import process?+
Yes. An advisor guides you step by step: choosing the load, payment, shipping and tracking until it arrives in your country.
