Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

We work with secondhand and overstock merchandise at wholesale; that's why all sales are final. Even so, we're here to help you with the following:

Responsibility for the shipment

We hand your order to the carrier from our warehouse. After dispatch, we are not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damages; compensation depends on each carrier's insurance.

Wrong packages

If the carrier delivers a package that isn't yours, do not open it. If you open it, you lose our assistance and will have to pay the value difference of the package received in error.

Customs and taxes

We are not responsible for customs procedures, taxes, or delays, as they depend on each country's regulations.
